Ms. Oti Edah processes strong work ethics with the ability to simultaneously balance multiple tasks; she also has exceptional leadership skills and follows strict ethical guidelines to a tee. She has over 11 years experience as a legal officer with proven record in the management of corporate legal activities and project Management.

Her main objective is to be actively involved in the activities of an organization where professionalism, integrity and clients/Members satisfaction are the core values towards the development of the Organization as well as its employees.

She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the Ambrose Ali University, Edo State  and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. She started her legal career as an intern at the law firm of Imadegbelo Ighodalo SAN & Co in 2005 before Proceeding to the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus in 2006.

In   2008 she joined the First City Monument Bank Plc where she worked as a Marketing Executive in the Corporate and Commercial Banking Group.  She later joined the law firm of Chukwuma Ezeala, Chancellors Chamber in 2010 as a legal officer and worked closely with the managing Partner in Litigation and assisting in preparation for Arbitration matters.

She joined the Nigerian Bar Association National Secretariat in 2011 as a Business Development officer whose core responsibilities was to develop marketing and business plans for the achievement of revenue goals for the Association. In 2014 she was transferred to the Conferencing and Events department as a Conference officer to work with the team in organizing every aspect of conference/events of the NBA. She was promoted to a Senior Program Officer of the Program Department in 2015 to work with the Programs Team.

Due to her outstanding performance as a Senior Program Officer, She was elevated to the post of the Head of Program Department of the NBA in 2016, a post which she holds till date. Her duties as the Head of Programmes is to initiate, develop, organize and implement public interest programs for the Nigerian Bar Association and for the public.
